The Actors Gymnasium Circus & Performing Arts organization is dedicated to bringing a new physicality to American Theatre. Encouraging ground-breaking theatrical exploration, The Actors Gymnasium:

- Teaches circus arts, physical theatre and multi-disciplinary performance to children and adults;
- Produces original, daring works of circus-theatre;
- Serves as a talent resource, providing performance opportunities for innovative professional entertainment for a wider audience.

At The Actors Gymnasium people Learn To Fly- physically, emotionally, intellectually and creatively.

A summer day camp for young people aged 9-15, The Actors Gymnasium Circus and Performing Arts Camp is perfect for young performers who want to strengthen, stretch and flex their creative muscles. Each day begins with a warm-up, followed by training and workshops in circus, drama, and movement. Students learn circus skills: juggling, tumbling, trapeze, tightwire, stilts, and more; take fun-filled field trips; and create and perform their very own circus-theatre performance at the end of the session! Camp is directed by Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi.
