I created these videos to help students (or professionals) learn how to use the finite element analysis (simulation) software Abaqus.Some of the older videos are silent, whereas the newer ones are enhanced with audio. Switch to the "playlists" tab for the correct viewing order.

The silent videos can also be used along with the book 'Python Scripts for Abaqus - Learn by Example'. For each scripting example, the book describes how to first set up the model in the GUI (Abaqus/CAE), before you attempt to programmatically enhance it. The steps are spelled out in the book, but you can use these videos if you prefer to watch rather than read.
