Andrea Mathews on Being the REAL ME

The most existential question we can ever ask is "Who am I?" Am I just the lifetime set of patterns I have lived out as if they are my personality? Or is there something more to me? People speak of something called a "Higher Self." But that label assumes that there are levels to being. That there must also be a "Lower Self." They call that "Lower Self" "ego." By "ego" they mean anything that isn't the "Higher Self," which could mean different things to different people and different situations. But authenticity is not leveled. The real ME actually contains that set of lifetime set of patterns, but so, so much more. Authenticity is One with all other aspects of being. The authentic Self, the real ME, is the life force.  But it is common that we live, not in the power of that life force, but in those old patterns. The Self, the real ME wants to be the source of vibrant full-forced action. Let's talk about being the real ME.
