    Surgical Technologists assist with surgical operations under the supervision of the surgeon. Surgical Technologists assist before, during, and after surgery. They are called Scrub tech, responsible for preparing the operating room for the patient according to the procedure or as requested and for passing instrumentation to the surgeon during the surgery.During this time, Surgical Technologists must remain attentive to all surgical details, to ensure the sterile field is maintained and a safe environment is provided for the patient.
