Right now (Dec 2018) I'm doing a 30 day Grip Strength Program where I'm only using the Power Ball gyroscope, and I'm also doing an 8 week program to get bigger legs. My grip strength program ends 31st Dec where I will immediately start a 3 week daily challenge of 50 pull ups and 100 push ups.
