Please subscribe :-) It really does drive me to improve my content. Right now (Apr 2019) I'm doing a 5 week pre-season fitness program for soccer. So far this year I've done a 6 week program for bigger arms, 100 push ups & 50 pull ups for 21 days and 8 weeks to bigger legs, while my wife has done a 30 day glute challenge with some impressive results.
