I did a Fast-Mimicking Diet, eating under 400 calories a day from Monday to Friday. I recorded my progress each day and have put all the content in this playlist. Please consult a Doctor before attempting anything like this.
I'm doing 60 days of German Volume training and recording any transformation that occurs. Starting weight is 72.5kg (158lbs) and i'm looking to put on 5-10lbs over two months of training. I'll upload as I do the sessions so if you're watching in Sept/Oct 2017 you can follow along!
