Right now (October 2019) I've started the 10 week Jump Science 2.0 Program with my long term goal being to dunk.. or at least grab the rim. I've just come off the back of the Vertical Jump Bible and I did Vert Shock last year. I also post general videos about nutrition and strength training.

I'm doing 60 days of German Volume training and recording any transformation that occurs. Starting weight is 72.5kg (158lbs) and i'm looking to put on 5-10lbs over two months of training. I'll upload as I do the sessions so if you're watching in Sept/Oct 2017 you can follow along!
I followed the Longevity Diet for 8 weeks based on the book by Dr Valter Longo. On two occasions I've also tried a five day Fast-Mimicking Diet, eating under 400 calories a day. I recorded my progress each day and have put all the content in this playlist. Please consult a Doctor before attempting anything like this.
