Dan Simon Mediation - The Transformative Approach

Dan Simon practices and teaches transformative mediation in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Minnesota. He has trained hundreds of mediators and continues to offer courses in Santa Barbara, Saint Paul, and online. Dan is co-author, with Tara West of "Self-Determination in Mediation: The Art and Science of Mirrors and Lights" (Rowman & Littlefield, 2022). He served as the Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's ADR Section and for six years on the Minnesota Supreme Court's ADR Ethics Board. Based in Santa Barbara, he provides mediation throughout Southern California as well as in Minnesota.
