I help middle age men & women look, feel & perform better,. My name is Daryl Madison and I created Chairacise, a "seated" exercise medium/high intensity program for men & women (35-55 y/o). as a tool to transform people lives and bodies. About 15 years ago as a personal trainer I  discovered there wasn't an exercise program specifically for them because most were either too extreme or too easy. .

So I took the most effective standing exercises & transformed them into challenging, yet doable, chair exercise cardio and strength training videos focusing on fat burning, toning, weight loss and losing belly fat. Imagine getting a good demanding, safe workout while changing your body and getting phenomenal results. Well, that’s why this channel was created.
