We started with a wide knee kick and she improved in under two minutes. She needs to keep going back and forth between the assistance of the KickMinder and the full stroke each day until, even when she is fatigued in practice and races she maintains the correct knee width. But this is a great start with the adjustable Kickminder. Notice her last kick finish with feet snapping together. Notice also her nice alignment of her head and arms before she kicks. She has earned this improvement over her first months at CBU.
Isokinetics are accommodating resistance. You create the pressure and the isokinetics respond. So every repetition is maximum and you never have to worry about getting hurt. You can also perform each exercise at full speed which is great for athletes since you can only get fast, jump high, throw or kick far or swim fast, etc. if you train your fast twitch muscles and nervous system.
