Intuitive Eating Tips:
-Don't approach it like a diet. It is a lifestyle change.
-Get in tune with your body. A simple, short cleanse, journaling, and practicing mindfulness can help with this.
-Clear out all unhealthy foods from your house. Out of sight, out of mind.
-Drink tons of water. Approx 3L a day (for women).
-Find healthier alternatives to your favorite foods to satisfy urges.
-Respect your fullness.
-Find a time-occupying hobby for when you're bored, stressed, sad, or feeling any emotion that typically makes you eat without reason.
