Campaign Against Living Miserably, or CALM, was launched as a charity in 2006 to prevent male suicide, the single leading cause of death in men under 45 in the UK according to the latest figures from ONS, NISRA and GRO. http://bit.ly/CALMstats

CALM offers a free, anonymous and confidential helpline and web chat service, open from 5pm until midnight every day. CALM's website is a source of information about a range of issues including drugs, depression and debt, as well as an engaging platform for men to find solidarity in other men's stories and shared experiences.
