Stass Brewing

Welcome to Stass Brewing. I am a homebrewer living in Newcastle, Australia. I have been brewing since around 2006 and have been brewing all-grain since about 2012. I brew on my modified Grainfather brewing system and brew a range of different styles. You'll find brew days, Home Brew Wednesdays (HBW), Grain to Glass, experiments, beer reviews (craft beer and homebrew), and other things on this channel.

I hope you enjoy it and look forward to chatting with you along the way.

Bear I brew with:
Grainfather G30 (modified)
Kegland Digiboil 35 (used as a HLT)
Ss Brewtech 7 Gal Brewmaster Edition
30L Keg with floating dip tube for pressure fermentation
Kegland Duotight Spunding valve
Inkbird 308 Wifi Temperature controller with 2nd hand freezer and a heat belt
