Hello!

I am a Co-Regulation Coach and Dog Behavior Consultant. I help neurodivergent dog guardians learn to co-regulate with their dogs to reduce stress in humans and decrease reactive, anxious, and aggressive behavior in dogs.

I use an occupational therapy lens and my work is informed by sensory integration, neuroscience of human-animal interactions, Indigenous and trans teachings on consent and reciprocity, and decolonized nonviolent communication.

I use a variety of modalities including positive reinforcement dog training, cooperative care, sensory diets and sensory budgeting, somatic and relational strategies offered via coaching, consulting, classes, workbooks, and a podcast called Happy Dog Happy Human.
