Shalita O'Neale | Leading Whole

Leadership that makes room for all of you.
I'm Shalita O'Neale — strategist, coach, and spiritual herbalist.

For over 20 years I've supported leaders and organizations through strategic planning and leadership development. Now I'm bringing it all together: practical strategy for early-stage founders and leaders, rooted in the belief that your wellness isn't a luxury, it's your foundation.

Here you'll find conversations on leading in a time such as this, building with clarity, and caring for yourself while you do the work.
