Marteen Yoga • Sādhak® Integral Method

Here you’ll find tools to develop a solid, safe, and professional approach to teaching yoga. We’ll explore teaching methodology, applied philosophy, movement, and practice, while diving deeper into biomechanics, functional anatomy, sequencing, pose adaptations, meditation, pranayama, and professional development.

Whether you’re considering becoming a certified yoga teacher or you already teach and want to strengthen your methodology, develop better judgment, and take your classes to the next level, this channel is for you.

My goal is to help you become a yoga teacher who inspires confidence, teaches with excellence, and leaves a lasting impact.

I’m Marteen Zárate, co-founder of the Sādhak® Integral Method. Since 2009, I’ve trained more than 1,000 yoga teachers through a methodology that integrates the tradition of yoga, movement science, and teaching principles that apply to modern life.

Join me in training a new generation of yoga teachers.
