Many YouTube yoga classes called Restorative Yoga are actually gentle stretching, Yin Yoga, or meditation. All of these are lovely and helpful practices. Many of them are led by fabulous, caring, and skilled teachers. These classes can even leave you feeling rested and restored.

And also. Restorative Yoga is a separate and distinct practice.

I created this channel to help you see and feel the difference between Restorative Yoga and all of the other yoga practices on the interwebs.

Restorative Yoga has been my refuge for more than 20 years. It's an honor and a pleasure for me to offer these classes to you for free on YouTube. It's my sincere hope that you will find comfort, ease, and support in this practice too.
