Uncontrolled Borders

Uncontrolled Borders (UB) is a music label. It provides stabling for the musical family and friends of Herb Garden - the thrashy, punk band from Bristol, UK. UB also offers glimpses of new material, current and past collaborations, plus frolics from the HG archives.

Crossing UB's rather unkempt boundaries you'll find songs and toons from Copper Kites (CK), fronted by Gardenists Rat Crook, Carl Graves, and Ben Wallis. Since 2001 the core trio have explored different iterations of the rock formula (and beyond) in many works produced at their 'Mattress Factory' studio or through projects such as Faster Muttley, Sons of Muttley, and CKs, to name three. CK's project continues HG's musical and lyrical explorations of absurdity and the common cultural condition. Copper Kites want to spread their wings. Expect some guano.
Please enjoy life at the periphery. Go near the edge, why not? Thanks for listening. Keep on watching.
