Anderson Barata - Self Defense for Woman

I teach Self Defense for Women to learn how to defend against possible physical aggression by practicing 30 minutes a day for up to 4 months.

I'm Anderson Barata, a Jiu Jitsu Black Belt since 2008 and a teacher for almost 10 years. During this time I have had the opportunity to help dozens of people to use the teachings of this art to protect themselves in their daily lives.

I've received reports from several friends about the fear of walking alone in the street, or of having been harassed at a party, or even cases of domestic violence.

In this sense, I came up with the idea of ​​sharing with you several simple but extremely efficient teachings, which can make a huge difference for you to be able to protect yourself in countless situations that may happen. All this using basic techniques and super practices of Self Defense and Jiu Jitsu.
