Testosterone Replacement Therapy

Early in 2013 I was diagnosed with having a tremendously low testosterone count (both total and free). This has made my efforts to lose weight (fat) extremely difficult. I continued with high intensity interval training (HIIT), short-to-mid range running, and basic weight training with dumbbells. I started heavy weight lifting in the summer and bumped up my vitamin D3 intake to 5,000 IUs a day.

I have been on Testosterone Replacement Therapy for much of the year with differing doses and results. Follow my battle to get my testosterone levels back to normal, and also see how it is affecting my goals of losing fat and gaining strength!
