Ariel Lehaitre, MSPT | Pilates Sante

For 18 years, Ariel Lehaitre, MSPT, has owned and operated Pilates Santé, a rehabilitative Pilates studio in Los Gatos, California. 

After working with patients suffering from chronic pain—many returning to physical therapy year after year—she felt a deep compassion and urgency. Ariel saw these individuals needed more than temporary relief; they needed ongoing, integrative care.

She also noticed a gap: while certified Pilates instructors are highly skilled, many lack the knowledge to safely work with clients in pain. 

This insight led to the founding of the Clinical Instructor Academy—a space where instructors receive advanced education, clinical insight, and mentorship. 

Ariel’s mission is to empower Pilates instructors with the tools and confidence to work safely and effectively with people in pain. Because when instructors are better equipped, more lives can be changed through truly holistic, movement-based rehabilitative care.
