Street Photography - Today I'm sharing my street photography tips in Tokyo Japan - what settings to use for street photography and what gear. ▶︎ Edited with My NEW Lightroom Presets Pack: https://goo.gl/tLja2x How to approach images you want to capture. Read below for detailed settings
The camera you use in Street Photography is really not that important. It's really all about how you view a scene and approach it. The settings that I share here are really made for you to concentrate on your image VS your camera. Settings I use 90% of the time: - Camera mode: Aperture priority (A), f/2.8 for shallow depth of field or anything above f/5.6 for cityscapes & scenes. - Minimum shutter speed: 1/250s for most days, 1/500s for fast objects/cars/bikes... - My ISO range: 100-12800 (I'm lucky) - Blurry crowds shot handheld: 1/5s, 1/4s anything below gets very tricky handheld!
