Pancakes are a breakfast (or really any meal) go to. Nothing is better than a lazy morning filled with fluffy pancakes and sugar free maple syrup, except when the pancakes are keto friendly and no sugar added!
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk

In a medium mixing bowl add all the ingredients together and mix until well combined. If mixture is dry add another egg and some more almond milk.
Heat a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot with a lot of NuStevia Pourable Maple Flavored Syrup.
