My current home will sell in 3 days, but will my offer on my new home get accepted?
There are plenty of ways to navigate through all of this, but today I want to talk about the most predictable way.
The five options are:
1. Write your offer subject to sale of your current house.
2. Pay 2 Mortgages (temporarily)
3. Off-market Deals
4. Post Closing Occupancy Agreement
5. Sell, rent, buy.
