If you start shaking a little during these videos and feel a burn, that’s normal. Take breaks if you need to, but I trust you came here to work hard, so make sure you are committed to form--and if you do take breaks, be sure that they are well-deserved.

So many people can be physically light and fit but emotionally weighed down.
Emotional weight is the weight of the words, the sayings, the thoughts the actions and experiences you have in your life that you carry on you just as much as you carry physical weight.
Nalini Method is a workout that is as active emotionally as it is physically! A system with long-lasting effects and results that could be felt outside of your workout time that spill into your relationships and life; a system that tackles emotional and physical weight head-on and puts an even degree of importance on both.
For me, one of the best parts of my in-studio class is the 5 minutes before and after class where I can connect with clients. This is when I learn about any injuries or anything else going on (like emotional weight) that might get in the way of them having an optimal workout so that we can adjust.
