Muito Oss by Fernando Reis

I analyze the best in the world fighting Jiu-Jitsu and show you what you can bring into your own game.

I'm Fernando Reis, an Alliance instructor and 3rd-degree black belt under Fabio Gurgel. I started Jiu-Jitsu at 13 years old, weighing 100 kg, and took a lot of beatings playing from the bottom. It was through taking those beatings that I developed a system built around a connected, offensive half guard.

In over 10 years of teaching, one of the biggest challenges I've seen (even among advanced students) is connecting movements smoothly. Here, you'll find plenty of free content featuring match breakdowns where I explain why techniques worked and how you can apply them to your own training and reality.

The goal is simple: you leave here actually understanding the fight, not just memorizing isolated moves.
