Tip 2 - Egg white at room temperature (roughly 2 hours out from fridge)
Tip 3 - Use Gel Colouring
Tip 4 - Keep folding until the mixture is like a thick lava texture
Tip 5 - drop your baking pan on the counter to release air bubble in the macarons
Tip 6 - Bake the macarons at 300F for 6 to 8 mins (until you see the little legs comes out), then switch the tray inside out and lower the temperature to 200F and bake another 6 mins (if you have a stronger oven, I suggest to bake at 20F lower and just watch out for the legs) your goal is to not dry out or burn your macarons!
Tip 7 - Use a thick baking pan instead of a thin one
