It's Time To Live Life On Your Terms!

Hello YOUTUBE! My name is J.Lamar Ferren, Sr. and I'm a New Breed Investor and Online Marketer out of Woodbridge, VA.

I created this channel to help those still wondering if its possible to make money in this Real Estate Market, as well as online. All I can say is... YES! People are still buying and selling in 2009 and Web 2.0 is one of the greatest strategies you can use for marketing anything on the internet.

We'll focus on Web 2.0 Marketing, Real Estate Investing Strategies, and much more.

I look forward to networking with serious entrepreneurs who are ready for any challenge that steps in their way!
