Building the web is insanely fun, but it can be hard too. With a mix of short videos and long series, I look to help you expand your front-end skills, while also giving you tips and tricks on improving your designs along the way too.
With a new video every Wednesday, plus occasional live events and other content, subscribe so you don't miss a video!
In this series, I look at how to create a responsive agency / portfolio style website from start to finish using HTML and CSS, along with media queries to ensure that it works on all devices and screen sizes.
This series really is a full on Bootstrap 4 tutorial for beginners. We're exploring everything from the different ways to download Bootstrap, to how to set up the Bootstrap SCSS files so we can easily customize things, and then building the page with HTML and SCSS.
We'll be using some of Bootstraps awesome mixins, we'll explore some of the new classes, like the changes they've made to the navbar, as well as how their new cards work.
I'm doing all this with Bootstrap v4 alpha 6, so fair warning that if you're watching this in the future, a few small things may be a bit different along the way, but it shouldn't be anything major.
