John Franco | Fat Loss & Longevity Coach

I’m John Franco — Fat Loss & Longevity Coach, former physique competitor, fitness coach since 2011, and gym owner since 2019.

I help busy men and women lose body fat, build lean muscle, improve strength, and achieve lasting results through personalized coaching.

PRIVATE 1:1 FITNESS COACHING

I offer paid, private one-on-one coaching with personalized nutrition, strength training, cardio programming, weekly accountability, and ongoing adjustments.

No crash diets. No generic workout plans. No guessing.

On this channel, you’ll find practical education on fat loss after 40, muscle building, nutrition, strength training, healthy aging, and longevity, plus real client transformations and lessons from my fitness journey.

At 54, I believe getting older doesn’t mean giving up on looking, feeling, and performing your best.
