CareCom A/S is a Danish software company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded in 1999 by CEO Jacob Boye Hansen, CareCom is a leading global vendor of terminology solutions for the international healthcare sector.  

HealthTerm assists governments, hospitals, and healthcare systems with the normalization of clinical codes, mapping of local laboratory codes to standard code systems, supplying content for EHR systems, and enterprise terminology management.
