Help homeless Herman find a home. He’s our mascot for more than 100 animals in need of families at the Hawaiian Humane Society. Come meet him at the Society’s 25th Anniversary PetWalk on Sunday, October 11 at Magic Island. He’s stepping out for all his furry and feathered cousins that need a family. All the details are at HawaiianHumane.org. Join homeless Herman’s PetWalk team and make a donation to support nearly 400 adoptions events that are held islandwide every year to find families for more than 7,000 animals.

Special thanks to Lent Enterprises for this video that they so generously created and produced as a gift to the animals – especially top dog songwriter, singer and video visionary Jason Lent and Alice Inoue, who has been devoted to Herman’s happiness and care at the Humane Society.

The Hawaiian Humane Society is an education and advocacy organization that also shelters, protects, rescues, reunites and rehomes animals. It is Oahu's only open-admission shelter that welcomes all animals. Established in 1883, this non-profit organization is not a chapter of any group as there is no national humane society. Gifts made directly to this independent, local organization help local animals and people. Visit HawaiianHumane.org to learn more. Show less
