Janet first began studying happiness in the year 2000, to help her recover from the loss of her father to suicide. Discovering the teachings of Napoleon Hill, she became a Napoleon Hill Certified Instructor. In 2017 she launched her first book, Happiness Millionaire: Positive Images for a R.I.C.H and Powerful Life which focuses on the four happiness pillars, Relationships, Income, Confidence, and Health.

Since 2019, Janet has been on a transformational journey after trying to make sense of the world and discover the meaning of a 'happy' life once more after the loss of her youngest son, Murray, aged 22. 

Life is challenging right now, with personal lives affecting work and work affecting personal lives. Learning what we can about how to be happy, regardless of life's adversities will keep us in the driving seat of our life.
