Donna Kshir, Child Rights Activist

Donna M. Kshir is a child rights activist who is passionately working towards establishing a public child abuse registry in Pennsylvania. In addition to her activism, she is an accomplished author, publisher, podcaster, educator, and columnist, having been featured in over 50 publications. Donna’s mission is to seek truth and justice for children who have been exposed to abuse.

Donna has been instrumental in advocating for 1) Conner’s Law – Kentucky. 2) Zero Tolerance Law. 3) A Public Child Abuse Registry in PA. 4) Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act in PA. 

She honors her late grandmother, Gladys Caroline, through her photography and art. For the children in her faith-based classroom, Donna hosts a podcast called The After-School Kids Podcast under the pen name Miss Donna, aiming to inspire and educate young minds.
