Our Mission: Create an honest dialogue about mental health by educating and inspiring people to express themselves freely with confidence
#mentalhealth #depressiontoexpression Depression to Expression stands for Fearless Expression. Comment and share your thoughts and insights with the world. We all have a voice and our truth should be expressed in a respectable, dignified manner. This community is full of awesome people and I’m so happy to welcome you!
Depression is my absolute favourite! This is something I struggle with and love to share my personal experiences as well as tips/tricks. Remember, everyone is different with what symptoms we experience and what works/doesn't work with depression. The more tools with have in our mental health toolbox the better!
I thought it would be helpful to have a separate playlist for anxiety versus social anxiety. There are different treatments for both but this playlist is educational but also includes practical tips we can use to decrease anxiety.
The Depression to Expression Podcast is all about mental health. Now, since mental health affects everything in our life, no topic is off limits. This is my favourite part of being a YouTuber. Long form discussion in a very organic and raw format. Join us on iTunes, Spotify and Google Music
I like to talk about my own recovery in these videos. I believe being transparent about my depression/anxiety brings us together and makes us feel less alone. I am so blessed and fortunate to live the life I do. I share my highs but also share my lows.
Sometimes we need a little kick in the ass. Sometimes motivation escapes us and we need to be reminded how awesome we are and why we matter. The videos in this playlist are for those days where our beds are just a little too comfy and when change is a little too scary.
