CrossFit Local | The #1 Chapel Hill CrossFit

We are Chapel Hill's #1 CrossFit and have been open since January 2010, longer than any CrossFit in Orange County, NC. Owner and head coach Chad Edwards was voted one of best personal trainers in the Triangle for four years in a row. CrossFit Local is the only gym in the area offering leveled classes so you can choose the level that is most appropriate for you (beginner, intermediate, advanced, all levels).

We hope to share some of our knowledge about fitness and the fun of CrossFit with you via videos! Check out crossfitlocal.com for more information!
