Jake Thompson | Compete Every Day

I’m Jake Thompson, a keynote speaker and anti-complacency strategist. I help sales teams and leaders spot complacency early and fight the drift that causes it.

Drift is the slow slide backward that starts when a team stops competing forward. It often follows a win, and it’s hard to see until it has already cost you.

On this channel you’ll find:
• Lessons from the keynote stage on leadership, sales performance, and sustaining success
• Off-stage videos and Shorts on competitor mindset and competing with yourself
• Client reviews and behind-the-scenes clips from events
• Episodes of the Compete Every Day podcast

I’m a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) and the author of Compete Every Day and Beat Yesterday, and I deliver 50+ keynotes a year for sales kickoffs, leadership summits, and association conferences.
