Beyond the White Couch™

Beyond the White Couch is a movement that creates awareness, provides education, and fosters dialogue about mental health issues, from an individual, community, and societal aspect. This movement brings light to issues that are often “swept under the rug,” especially in the black community.

 Taking the conversation Beyond the White Couch increases self-awareness, on an emotional and mental level, which then teaches us how to effectively communicate, how to have self-control, and how to operate in a healthy capacity.
