Hello and welcome to my Yoga Inspired YouTube channel.  I've decided to create this channel as a way to spread love, joy, calm and release in today's chaotic world...we have just begun lockdowns and shelter-in-place protocols as a way to slow the progression of COVID19.  It's a strange, surreal time and we all are going though this.  I thought a channel that focused on yoga inspired activity would be a place to unify.  Together is better even if we are apart!
