I'm Taylor! I spent years battling with an eating disorder, which turned to disordered eating, and spent nearly a decade trying to find my worth in my weight, leanness and abs. I counted calories obsessively, missed social events and food controlled my mind. I restricted food, I binged on food and I always felt guilty or fearful of food. Then one day I said enough is enough, I healed my relationship with food, gained healthy weight and gained my WHOLE life back!
