Sheri Noxon, LMFT

Hi, I’m Sheri — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and the voice behind Everyday Therapist. This channel is a space to talk openly about the hard things: healing after abusive relationships, recovering from trauma, and finding your way back to your truest self.
I studied Political Science at UC Berkeley, earned my M.S. in Counseling at Fresno State, and have spent years walking alongside people who felt unseen, silenced, or broken. What I’ve learned is this: you don’t have to stay in the shadows of your pain.
Here, I share reflections, tools, and conversations that I hope feel like a steady hand on your shoulder — not therapy, but real guidance from someone who cares deeply about your healing.
👉 Subscribe if you’re ready for support, hope, and honest talk about the journey back to yourself.
