At Giroux Glass, Inc., 97 percent of our employees say this is a great place to work. This video features some of those very employees, of whom we are very grateful.

Nataline Lomedico, CEO and President, starts the video off by announcing our Great Place to Work® certification.

On July 20, 2017 our company was certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. We earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by our partners in anonymous surveys. A summary of these ratings can be found at: reviews.greatplacetowork.com/giroux-glass-inc. We are overwhelmed by the positive responses from our partners, and overjoyed that so many of our colleagues are truly appreciative of the workplace and culture that we have created together here.

Transparency being a huge operational and ideological focus for us at Giroux Glass, it is with such an attitude that we display what Giroux Glass employees say about working for the company.

"We applaud Giroux Glass, Inc. for seeking certification and releasing its employees' feedback," said Kim Peters, Executive Vice President of Great Place to Work's Certification Program. "These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees' trust and create a great workplace - critical metrics that anyone considering working for or doing business with Giroux Glass, Inc. should take into account as an indicator of high performance."
