It is such a blessing and honor in my life to guide and to support people of all ages helping them transform health and life struggles into triumphs with simple, positive, and outside-the-box healthy lifestyle changes tailored to each person and their life.

I got my health and life back after many life-threatening health issues, illnesses, and devastating life circumstances utilizing an integrative and wholistic lifestyle approach which focused on toxin exposure, nutrition, sleep, relationships, physical activity, my purpose in life, learning how to better manage stress, and growing closer to God. I suffered with chronic and severe pain, fatigue, immune deficiency,  asthma, brain fog, and many other health issues while also trying to nurture and care for my children who also had severe health issues and some learning disabilities.  Using the same approach with my children, they overcame their health issues and learning disabilities.
