ThinkState EFI Conversations

ThinkState’s EFI Conversations help viewers engage critically with influential research.

Research findings can shape technologies, industries, public policy and people’s lives. Yet even highly cited studies must be carefully examined. What assumptions were made? What does the evidence genuinely support? Which alternative explanations were overlooked? How far can the conclusions reasonably be generalized—and what questions remain for future research?

Each EFI Conversation uses ThinkState’s EF Index to evaluate the epistemic structure of a scholarly work. It then transforms this analysis into an AI-generated simulated dialogue, making critical examination more accessible and engaging.

ThinkState exists to ignite intellectual independence—to help students write better theses, question what is presented as knowledge, uncover what lies beneath conclusions, and form judgments they can defend as their own.
