Rancho Ventura - Home of the Two Trees

Rancho San Buenaventura Conservation Trust is organized as 501(c) 3 entity dedicated to conserving, protecting, and enhancing 2000 plus acres above the city of Ventura.

The trust received an initial land donation of 820 acres last year. The trust is currently developing funding for an additional acquisition of another 752 acres. The land the Trust is working to acquire is currently zoned “single 160”. Development pressure is intense due to critical housing shortages in the area.
