STRiVE Career Coaching

STRiVE empowers college counselors with proven tools and coaching skills that successfully increase student retention and graduation rates while bridging the gap between students' education and life skills needed to thrive in life and career.

Our Counselor Goals:
1. Build Capacity: Are counselors trained in evidence-based coaching methodologies?
2. Increase Student Retention: Do counselors have the appropriate program and resources to help align students' values with their higher education and career paths?
3. Increase Graduation: How much institutional support are counselors receiving to increase their contact time with their students?

Convenient and on-demand, the 12-week online program is by design an autodidact. Still, students can receive support from their college counselors that are STRiVE Certified with 6 continual education credits.
