RipFit is a 12 week training programme specially developed for RRUFC adult players by Dave Robinson, our new Strength and Conditioning Coach.

With help from the Bronco team with the design, layout and branding, Dave’s programme has been brought to life and is now available for all players to work through.

RIPFIT is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for rugby. There are 2 sessions to complete each week. These can be done in your own time around club training nights and match days. They can be done anywhere as there is no equipment required, just your body weight and the desire and determination to complete each session.

Day 1 is Legs & Cardio, Day 2 is Upper Body & Core. 
Complete the 2 x 7 minute circuits twice through. Total workout time 28 minutes. 
Work hard and REAP THE REWARDS!!
