This Citrus Kale Avocado Dip made with Nakano Citrus Seasoned Rice Vinegar is a great snack for any occasion! It's delicious with chips, broccoli, or crunchy veggies like carrots or radishes.
1 cup fat-free greek yogurt
¼ cup Nakano Citrus Seasoned Rice Vinegar
2 cups kale, thinly shredded
1 avocado, smashed
2 Tbsp. roasted garlic
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. chives, minced
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, ground, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients except for red peppers in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
2. Fold in chopped red peppers and serve with your favorite veggies, crackers or baked chips.
