The three part series was taken from my first training session with Jessie. Her owner stated that she pulls relentlessly on the leash during a walk and if she was off leash, she would not come with called. These activities will help develop the character traits within Jessie to help her remained focused on her owner, respond to his requests, and to seek him out for enjoyment.
For those handlers interested in Agility, this is an important lesson to observe when your dog is having difficulty being introduced to a new piece of equipment. The key is moving at the dog's pace, not yours.
