Stop believing the lies you tell yourself. The thoughts you make as mental barriers. What script are you living your life by and why? Do are realize you even have a script? You can't get big. You're just "naturally skinny" or like me, I need this one thing before I could begin.
The time is never right. It's actually almost always wrong. So stop believing your own bullshit and focus on the few key tasks you need to do week after week to actually make forward progress.
