Hello, my friends.I'm a writer, editor, and was a competitive artistic gymnast in the 1970s. I count among my wins having thrown a tucked double back on a high school wrestling mat. Now I'm in my 50s, and after many years away, I am saying hello again to my acrobatic side and having fun getting fit and working out despite knee and back injuries.
