    Dr. Krebs at Chicago Spine and Sports talking about a great hip mobilization exercise for runners, desk jockeys and athletes alike. We use this to help improve hip extension.

    Programming: we recommend performing this exercise for 2-5 minutes or until the hip feels looser.

    Goal(s): maintain upright posture through the spine. Looking to "feel it" in the front of the hip that is down. Pick the position that feels it the most and then do several reps in that position

    Progression(s): none

    Equipment: none or some padding for your knee.
